What's missing

Nothing ties stock, lot numbers and expiry dates to the website. There's no reorder reminder when a tub of creatine runs out, and no same-day delivery around Dallas–Fort Worth.

Nothing sells online until it's cleared

Your strategy brief made this priority one: classify every product before you push more of it online. This puts that into the workflow.

You click through the full site on a private link and mark anything to change. Shopify stays live the whole time.

STEP 3
Switch over

Domain points to the new site and every old Shopify URL redirects, so Google rankings and saved links keep working.

STEP 4
Cancel Shopify

Once a full week of orders runs clean on the new site, you cancel the Shopify plan and apps. Not before.

One question before we start: if your in-store register runs on Shopify POS, we plan how the register and the new site share one stock count, so in-store and online inventory stay in sync. We'll confirm which on the first call.
